What is BodyWise Bootcamp??
BodyWise Bootcamp is for beginner and advanced fitness levels. Campers will be encouraged to persevere through thirty minute bootcamp classes which will be run back to back so you will have the flexibility to do 30, 60 or 90 minute workouts. These dynamic classes will utilize battling ropes, kettlebells,/dumbbells, TRX suspension trainers, and your own body weight through a circuit style workout.
